I like to work in Norway. As a plumber, employed by Bravo Bemmanning AS I earn NOK 160, - per hour. This is a good hourly
payment for me. I travel to Romania about every three months. At home I have 2 children who also receive child benefit from
Norway.
Norway has a well-developed health services and employment protection. This puts me and my colleagues added greatly appreciated.
After working in some other countries like the United States, I see Norway as a much more secure country also working environmental.
Food and services are expensive in Norway compared to my homeland, this is the back side of the medal, but I earn much more
than I would have done at home.
I thrive in this country, I have great experience in the plumbing industry and is impressed with the high quality of Norwegian
plumber businesses represent. Mannesman and Sanipex is expensive brands in Romania, but much simpler and easier to work with
than copper tubes and solder affiliations that are most common in my country.
I also happy with my employer, and considers the ongoing when I want to take the family with me and move to this beautiful
country permanently.

from the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions [LO] and the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry [NHO]. AKAN's objective is to prevent drug and alcohol abuse in Norwegian workplaces and also to see to it that employees with abuse
problems get help.
AKAN's activities are based on collaboration between employers and employees. A defined drug and alcohol policy and clear guidelines for dealing with drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace are important elements in AKAN's activities. So far, mostly large enterprises have established an AKAN system. However, a drug and alcohol policy is also important for small and medium-sized firms.
